Michael Davey

Michael has practiced law in Florida for more than twenty-five years, with a focus on employment, labor, real estate, commercial litigation, and insurance matters. His practice has spanned trial and appellate work, counseling, and pre-suit resolution for businesses, individuals, and public entities.

In addition to his legal practice, Michael has served twelve years as an elected official. That experience informs the way he approaches government and public-sector mediations — with a working understanding of how decisions are actually made on the other side of the table.

As a mediator, Michael is prepared, neutral, and practical. He reads the file, engages with the substance, and focuses each session on identifying realistic paths to resolution. The goal is movement: a clearer view of the range, and, where possible, an agreement the parties can live with.
