Why attorneys choose Davey Mediation Group.

The work is built around what counsel and their staff actually need to move a case toward resolution — preparation, clarity, and a calendar that responds.

  • Prepared & practical

Cases are read in advance. Mediations open with a working understanding of the issues, not a recital of them.

  • Comfortable with complexity

Technical legal, financial, and business issues are engaged substantively — not deferred to the parties.

  • Both sides of the table

Twenty-five years on the legal side and twelve years as an elected official inform every conversation.

  • Realistic paths to resolution

The goal is movement. Parties leave with a clearer view of their range — and, where possible, an agreement.

  • Easy scheduling for staff

Online availability, prompt confirmation, and clear pre-mediation logistics for attorneys and paralegals.
